EQ-i 2.0 Administration, Interpretation, Coaching
Like it or not, emotions play a critical role in day to day business. Unfortunately, many workplaces are emotionally numb. This could be due to its leadership or unguided evolution. Emotions, such as anger and fear, are crippling workers and stifling productivity, which eventually leads to higher turnover and a lower bottom line.

Emotional Intelligent Coaching is based on the understanding that in order to be effective, you must accurately identify your strengths and weaknesses while examining the impact of your behavior on others as it can play a critical role in determining our happiness and success. The support and accountability I provide will ensure that your goals are translated into lasting change.

Coaching engagements can be as short as 90 days or extend for as long as the client chooses. 6 Session minimum.
How emotionally intelligent are you? Not sure.  Find out by taking the EQ-i 2.0. After taking the assessment, you will receive a 20 + page report and two 45 minute debrief sessions. The sessions are scheduled a week apart.

Based on the outcome of the assessment and goals of the client a 90 day or longer coaching plan can be established to address the identified areas.

Report emphasis:
  • Workplace/General
  • Leadership
  • Personal Development

Our powerful assessment tool, the EQ-i 2.0 and follow-up coaching gives the participants the insight, time, personal attention and accountability they need in order to make real and lasting changes in their performance and leadership in both their professional and personal lives.

We manage anger when we learn to defuse it before it becomes destructive.

Emotions are at the center (heart) of all anger. The greater our self-awareness, the greater the likelihood of our being able to manage our anger an getting a handle on our impulse control. We were one of the first to use emotional intelligence as an approach to anger management.

The EQ-i assessment measures your potential to deal with daily environmental demands and pressures, and has been proven to be a clear predictor of one's success in both professional and personal pursuits.

Anger Management
for Personal Growth

All of us experience anger from time to time. It's a normal everyday emotion. However, anger can be incredibly destructive if we don't know how to control it. Frequent or misplaced anger can hurt our reputations, destroy our relationships, limit our opportunities, and even damage our health.

Anger also clouds our ability to make good decisions and find creative solutions to problems. This can negatively affect our work performance.
