Like it or not, emotions play a critical role in day to day business. Unfortunately, many American workplaces are emotionally numb. This could be due to its leadership or unguided evelution. Emotions, such as anger and fear, are crippling workers and stifling productivity, which eventually leads to higher turnover and a lower bottom line.
Emotional intelligence is the ability to identify and manage your own emotions and the emotions of others. This concept is at the heart of my approach to coaching. My coaching practice are dedicated to your professional success – whether you are an executive or a member of the team.
Emotional Intelligent Coaching is based on the understanding that in order to be effective, you must accurately identify your strengths and weaknesses while examining the impact of your behavior on others
as it can play a critical role in determining our happiness and success.The support and accountability I provide will ensure that your goals are translated into lasting change.
Coaching engagements can be as short as 90 days or extend for as long as the client chooses. 6 Session minimum.
We take care to provide our customers high quality services personalized for their unique needs. We are available Monday through Thursday. Our staff members are professional, courteous and efficient. Services are offered under contract with organizations or directly to individuals.
How emotionally intelligent are you? Not sure. Find out by taking the EQ-i 2.0. After taking the assessment, you will receive a 20 + page report and two 45 minute debrief sessions. The sessions are scheduled a week apart.
Based on the outcome of the assessment and goals of the client a 90 day or longer coaching plan can be established to address the identified areas.

We manage anger when we learn to defuse it before it becomes destructive.
Emotions are at the center (heart) of all anger. The greater our self-awareness, the greater the likelihood of our being able to manage our anger an getting a handle on our impulse control. We were one of the first to use emotional intelligence as a central part of our course design. Each participant will take the EQ-i 2.0 at the beginning of the course where their strengths and challenge areas are identified. This allows for the customization of the learning experience as no two individuals are alike.The EQ-i assessment measures your potential to deal with daily environmental demands and pressures, and has been proven to be a clear predictor of one's success in both professional and personal pursuits.
Whether mandated or selected for your personal growth, this course will change your life. You will be able to improve the way you deal with anger. It will also make a big difference in your relationships with your spouse, friends and coworkers.
Our Anger Management class teaches you how to use anger in more constructive and healthy ways. Classes are kept small (6 to 8) for greater learning outcomes. All classes are interactive and will contain lectures, group discussion, real world scenarios, skill practice and video vignettes.
Classes meet once a week, on Saturday, for 3 or 4 hours, depending on the program selected.

All of us experience anger from time to time. It's a normal everyday emotion. However, anger can be incredibly destructive if we don't know how to control it. Frequent or misplaced anger can hurt our reputations, destroy our relationships, limit our opportunities, and even damage our health.
An appropriate level of anger energizes us to take proper actions, solve problems, and handle situations constructively. However, uncontrolled anger leads to many negative consequences, especially in the workplace. For instance, it can damage relationships with our bosses and colleagues; and it can lead people to lose trust and respect for us, especially when we react instantly and angrily to something that we've perceived as a threat.
Anger also clouds our ability to make good decisions and find creative solutions to problems. This can negatively affect our work performance.
